French Ligue 1 side State de Reims’ team doctor Bernard Gonzalez has committed suide after contracting the novel Coronavirus.

The 60 year-old was reportedly under isolation  after testing positive for the deadly pandemic and took his life today.

According to French publication Le Perisien, Gonzalez died at his home and left a detailed letter for his wife, who is also positive of the virus.
