Tonderai Ndiraya is hoping his Dynamos side will break the jinx which has seen them failing to win at Baobab Stadium since Ngezi Platinum Stars’ promotion to the top-flight league in 2016.
The two teams come against each other this afternoon in Ndiraya’s first visit to the venue since leaving Madamburo in October last year.
Speaking ahead of the match, the gaffer said he is aware of the threat his former club can bring in the game.
He said: “I know Ngezi Platinum very well, I have been there. It is not an easy thing to go there and come out with maximum points.
“We have to try the best we can and do the best we can to get positive results, but it’s not going to be an easy match, of course.”
Dynamos have gone four five games without a victory and are currently sitting in the 7th place with 35 points. Ngezi are in the 8th position and fall just a point behind their opponents.
