Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says he is not surprised after his side won 16-1 on aggregate in a CAF Champions League tie on Friday.
The Pretoria-based side beat Cote d’Or of Seychelles 5-0 in the first leg before rounding up the triumph with a 11-1 victory at home to book a place in the group stages.
“I am not surprised because I saw in Seychelles that we have an opportunity to score more here,” said Mosimane after the match, according to KickOff.com.
“What is good about the game is that we spoke to the guys that we need to practise the things we normally do and we don’t normally get goals out of them. Because the resistance was not strong, we could achieve some of the things we always do.”
Meanwhile, CAF Champions League draw for the group stage will be held on Monday.
