Former Orlando Pirates coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic is set to pocket a bumper salary at his new club, Zamalek.
The Serbian gaffer quit Pirates last Friday and joined the Egyptian giants two days later.
According to the Zamalek chairman, Mortada Mansour, Micho will earn US$100‚000 per month during his one-year contract.
“Micho signed a one-season contract for US$1.2-million. The contract includes a release clause stipulating a compensation worth two months of the coach’s salary‚” said Mansour.
Micho’s exact earnings at Pirates are not known, but it’s believed his salary at Zamalek is way too high than what he was getting in South Africa.
