Alec Mudimu is yet to decide on his future following the end of his contract with Cefn Druids in June.
The defender allowed his his agent, Pro Ethical Sports Management, to pursue the negotiations for a new deal so that he can focus on the Warriors’ 2019 Afcon campaign which ended in the group stages.
He featured for two games and missed the last one after he sustained a knock during training.
Druids which play in the Wales’ top-flight league are understood to be keen on giving Mudimu a new deal.
But following the centre-half’s performance with the national team, the club could face competition from other teams who might be interested in signing him.
The 24-year-old joined the Welsh side in June 2017 after leaving semi-professional side Stalybridge Celtic on a free transfer.
