The Warriors have made a significant improvement on the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday, moving seven places up to position 110.
The national team was in action in the just ended international break where they managed to maintain their unbeaten run in the Group G of the 2019 Afcon Qualifiers.
They defeated DRC in Kinshasa, cruising to a 1-2 victory before playing to a one-all draw in Harare three days later.
Zimbabwe also moved three places up to number 27 in Africa. They now have 1191 points.
Tunisia is the best team on the continent with 1515 points while Belgium takes the top spot in the world on 1733 points.
