FC Platinum defender Kelvin Moyo is still waiting for a response from SuperSport United on the outcome of his trial.

Moyo spent two weeks in South Africa undergoing an assessment at the ABSA Premiership side and returned home on the 16th of July.

According to The Herald, club spokesperson Chido Chizondo confirmed that the defender was still waiting for feedback.

“Kelvin returned after his two-week trial stint and has been part of the team after his return,” said Chizondo.

“As a club, we have always made our policy clear that if a player gets a chance to upgrade his career, we will not stand in his way.”

Chizondo also revealed why Nigel Makumbe who is on loan at Highlanders failed to travel with Moyo to South Africa.

“Nigel (Makumbe) was also supposed to go with Kelvin, but he just told us he was not interested in going at the last minute,” she added.
