Kingston Nkhatha scored as ABSA Premiership side Supersport United progressed in the CAF Confederations Cup by thumping Sudanese side Al-Ahly Shendy 4-0 .
Supersport United trailed their opponents 3-2 from the first leg but made full use of home advantage by putting four past the Sudanese side at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
Tefu Mashamaite’s opening goal and an own goal by Al Ahly Shendy saw Supersport United carry a 2-0 lead at the halftime break.
Nkhatha then added a third three minutes after half-time. However the Zimbabwean international was substituted in the 64th minute due to an injury with Modiba replacing him.
Modiba then wrapped up the with a goal in the 82nd minute.
