Highlanders, are set to unveil their acting chief executive officer at a press conference set for at their offices later today
Bosso’s chief executive officer Ndumiso Gumede was banned by Zifa from all football activities while PSL chairman Peter Dube was suspended.
“Bosso will be unveiling their acting chief executive officer on Thursday. It will be at a press conference that will be held at the club’s offices,” said a Highlanders source
The source added that the club’s secretary general Emmett Ndlovu was tipped to assume the role of acting chief executive officer.
Gumede and Dube are accused of bringing the game of football into disrepute.
Interestingly, Gumede’s contract with Bosso is set to run out at the end of December and the fact that he had recently requested to go on leave eases the impact of the ban.
Following Dube’s suspension the club appointed his vice Modern Ngwenya as the club’s acting chairman.
