CAPS United are gunning for revenge when they take on Highlanders on Sunday in the pick of the Castle Lager Premiership Week 16 fixtures.
Highlanders beat CAPS United in Bulawayo two weeks ago a match where Leonard Tsipa’s moment of madness saw him sent off.
Bruce Kangwa who has been a key figure for Highlanders this season struck the all-important goal but will be missing as he is still in Tanzania attending trials with Azam.
Kangwa absence was felt by Highlanders in their goalless draw with Triangle. However CAPS United have stated they will not look much into the weekend performance or the absence of the influential Kangwa.
Speaking at the club’s weekly press conference CAPS United assistant coach Fungai Kwashi said, “We will face a different Highlanders side on Sunday. “They are going to be up for it and will be hungrier.
On missing Kangwa , Kwashi said he believed Highlanders have players capable of scoring goals and causing problems such as the exciting Prince Dube and Ralph Matema.
With both teams keen on the league title a victory would be a welcome boost so an explosive affair is anticipated. The match will kick off at 16:00Hrs and will be screened live on Supersport.
