Highlanders head coach Erol Akbay was left disappointed with their performance in a goalless draw with Triangle at Barbourfields Stadium yesterday.
The result saw Bosso miss out on a chance to go back on top of the ZPSL table. “We only played for a few minutes before my players went to sleep. It was a boring match,” said Akbay.
With Triangle resorting to sit at the back, Bosso players took turns to struggled to score and took chances to miss.
Highlanders remain in second position with 31 points ahead of their potentially explosive encounter against CAPS United for Sunday at National Sports Stadium on Sunday.
