ZIFA have been dissolved. The decision was made  today at the association’s EGM underway at the moment

The association essentially will not exist anymore with a new association formed  and will have a new name,  Football Association of Zimbabwe (NFAZ)

The move is for the embattled association to start afresh with a better image and without carrying anymore debt.

ZIFA’s debt stood at over $5 million. Philip Chiyangwa will remain the president of the new association.
