Mighty Warriors goalkeeper Cynthia Shonga has been nominated for the CAF Goalkeeper of the Year.

Shonga will be battling for the award with nine other nominees.

The goalie only played five games with the Mighty Warriors at the COSAFA Women’s Championship last month, where she was named the Goalkeeper of the Tournament.

The winner will be announced at the 2023 CAF Awards on 11 December.
