Atlético Madrid have confirmed that Arsenal have activated Thomas Partey’s release clause which terminates his contract with the LaLiga club.
11:55 pm Torreira seals loan move to Atletico Madrid
Arsenal’s Lucas Torreira has sealed a season-long loan deal with Atletico Madrid.
11:40 pm – Loftus-Cheek joins Fulham on loan
Fulham have announced they have signed Chelsea’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek. He joins on a season-long loan deal.
11:32 pm – Walcot joins Southampton on loan
Southampton have confirmed they’ve re-signed Theo Walcott from Everton. He joins on a season-long loan move.
11:29 pm – Garcia leaves City
Manchester City’s Aleix Garcia has moved to Dinamo Bucharest on a permanent deal. The Spanish midfielder has been at City since 2015 but has spent two consecutive seasons on loan at Girona.
11:15 pm – Todibo completes Benfica loan deal
Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo has joined Benfica on loan for the next two seasons. Benfica will pay €2m and have a purchase option of €20m.
10:58 pm – Man Utd complete a deal for Edinson Cavani
Manchester United have confirmed the signing of Edinson Cavani on a one-year deal with an option for a further year. The striker is joining the Red Devils on a free transfer fter leaving PSG.
10:30 pm – Barca bid for Manchester City defender rejected
Barcelona have had a £15.4m plus add-ons bid for Eric Garcia rejected by Manchester City with just hours of the transfer window to go. City want closer to £20m for the central defender, who has entered the final year of his contract. Sky Sports
10:23 pm – Man Utd reach agreement for Amad Traoré
Man Utd have reached an agreement with Atalanta for the future transfer of 18-year-old winger Amad Traoré. The move is subjet to medical, personal terms and work permit.

10:09 pm – Barca, PSG reach agreement for Rafinha
Barcelona and PSG have reached an agreement for Rafinha. The player is on his way to Paris for a medical and has agreed personal terms. Mundo Deportivo.
9:41 pm – Jack Wilshere agrees to terminate West Ham contract
Jack Wilshere has confirmed that he has agreed to terminate his West Ham contract by mutual consent.

8:18 pm – Todibo nears Barca exit
Barcelona have accepted a bid from Benfica for Jean-Clair Todibo. Personal terms expected to be agreed in the remaining hours of the window. Fabrizio Romano

8:00 pm – Roma agrees Smalling deal
Roma have agreed a fee with Man Utd to re-sign Chris Smalling on a four-year deal. It’s worth €15 million plus add ons, potentially rising to €20 million.
7:30 pm – Juventus sign Chiesa from Fiorentina
Juventus have confirmed the signing of Federico Chiesa from Serie A rivals Fiorentina. The Italy international joins on an initial two-year loan deal at a total cost of €10million.
7:20 pm – Bakayoko completes Napoli switch
Napoli have confirmed the signing of Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan for the 2020/21 season
6:35 pm – Ronald Koeman on the Memphis Depay situation:
“We want Memphis Depay at Barcelona and he wants to join Barça too but a player would have to leave first before we can sign him.”
“He’s a great player. He can play as a striker, but he also does a great job as a left-winger, he’s got strength, holds the ball well, wins his duels and has a high performance. If you have worked well with a player and you click with him you think it can work here too.”

Marko Grujic’s £18 million (€20m/$23.5m) move to Werder Bremen is off, with the midfielder now set to stay at Liverpool until January at least. The Reds had already informed Grujic and his representatives that they would not sanction another loan this summer, and that they were prepared to keep players as part of Jurgen Klopp’s senior squad if necessary. Manchester United player have signed Alex Telles from Porto. The contract signed is until June 2024 + option until June 2025. An announcement is expected in the next next few hours.

Justin Kluivert has joined Leipzig on a season long loan from Roma.
4:25 pm – Douglas Costa deal completed
Bayern Munich have re-sign Douglas Costa on a season-long loan from Juventus. The deal does not include an option to buy with the club paying his wages in full.
3:57 pm – Man United in talks to sign 18-year old Atlanta player
3:49 pm – Bayern sign Choupo-Moting
Bayern Munich have confirmed the signing of Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting on a free transfer on a one-year contract.
3:40 pm – Man United fail to secure Dembele
Manchester United are unlikely to secure the signing of Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele on transfer deadline day – on either a loan or a permanent deal. The striker was considered an attainable alternative to United’s priority transfer target Jadon Sancho but the chances of agreement are now thought to be remote. The Independent

Tottenham have made a move to sign John Stones on loan from Manchester City with a view to £20m permanent deal. But Stones, it is understood, wants to remain at City until told he is no longer needed. The Mail
11: 23 am – PSG sign Portugal midfielder Pereira on loan from Porto
Paris Saint-Germain have announced the loan signing of Danilo Pereira from Porto. The 29-year-old midfielder, who has won 39 caps for Portugal, has signed until June 30, 2021, with an option to buy.
10:20 am – Everton confirms Ben Godfrey signing
Everton have confirmed the signing of Ben Godfrey from Norwich for a reported fee of £25m. The England U21 international has signed a contract that will keep him at the club until June 2025
9: 15 am – United strike Telles agreement
Manchester United have reached an agreement with Porto over the transfer of Alex Telles. The Red Devils have been chasing the left-back for several weeks but look to have settled on an €20m (£18m) fee. Fabrizio Romano
