Egyptian giants Zamalek have reportedly appointed former Orlando Pirates manager Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojević as the club’s new head coach.
Micho stepped down as the Orlando Pirates head coach only Friday citing personal reasons.
His resignation comes two days after Orlando Pirates were hammered 4-0 by Kaitano Tembo’s Supersport United. Zamalek president Mortada Mansour Mansour confirmed the appointment of Sredojević to Egyptian publication KingFut.
“Micho was our first choice. Tarek Yehia (current interim manager) will be his assistant, Ayman Abdelaziz will be appointed as team coordinator, and Amir Mortada will continue in his role as director of football he is quoted saying by KingFut.
