Baroka FC goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze has responded to those who have accused him of time wasting by faking injuries during matches.
The Zimbabwean international says he is not bothered by what people are saying and will do whatever it takes for his side to win a game.
“You know people are always there to talk but you know this is our job, you have to do whatever is necessary for you to win. There are many ways of killing a cat, so if I’m doing that and it is benefiting my team then it’s fine,” said Chipezeze, according to South African newspaper, The Citizen.
Despite all the noise on his antics, Chipezeze won the Telkom Knockout Player of the Tournament at the PSL Awards held on Sunday.
He is also in the Warriors provisional squad for the coming Cosafa and Afcon tournaments.
