Warriors left-back Ronald Pfumbidzai believes the players will not play to the gallery but will work to deliver the qualification for 2019 Nations Cup by getting a result against Congo Brazzaville on Sunday.
Pfumbidzai says that although they are aware the match is of immense magnitude, they are not putting themselves under pressure.
“We know what Congo are bringing, so we are not getting carried away,” said Pfumbidzai.
“We are not going to try and do complex things. We just play the way we have been doing before in the previous matches. We are not putting ourselves under pressure, and we only want to remain calm.”
Pfumbidzai, the scorer of the opener against DRC in Kinshasa, faces competition for the left back position from Devine Lunga of Golden Arrows. The Warriors need just a draw to qualify for the finals in Egypt in June.
