The ZIFA Executive Committee has unanimously agreed to renew Sunday Chidzambwa’s contract as Warriors head coach.

The decision was made at an Executive Committee meeting held on Saturday at the ZIFA House in Harare.

The gaffer had been working without a contract since his previous 1-year deal expired at the end of December.

The committee also confirmed the national Under 23 technical set-up with Tonderayi Ndiraya as the head coach of the junior side, assisted by Mandla Mpofu and Nesbert Saruchera while Tembo Chuma is the goalkeeper’s coach.

Charles Mukaronda is the new team manager following the death of Kisdo Matsika last month.

The other resolution made at the meeting touched on the selling of replica jerseys. The sales will commence in time for the Warriors clash against Congo in two weeks time.
