Despite being regarded as one of the best coaches in Zimbabwe, Norman Mapeza is still eager to learn more.
The FC Platinum gaffer recently guided his side to a second successive league title and capped off the season with a 2-0 victory over Triangle United in the Castle Challenge Cup on Sunday.
“I still need to learn a lot, to develop as a coach,” said Mapeza, according to H-Metro.
“I need to read a lot, gather information from my fellow coaches, then if God willing I will keep on helping this club (FC Platinum).”
The 46-year-old also said that he is not into football to prove his capability to anyone.
“I work to prove my myself, to improve not to prove to anybody, so that’s my objective. I am working hard to make sure I better myself in terms of coaching,” he added.
