Despite their 2-1 triumph over Highlanders that took their points tally to 22 with four games to go, Bulawayo City head coach Bekithemba Ndlovu reckons it’s now little too late for them to survive relegation.
Amakhosi could have been relegated to Division One if they had lost the game. Ozias Zibande and Sipho Ndlovu were on target in the second half while Bosso got their consolation through Tendai Ndlovu.
“It was a sweet victory. But it’s now late for us. However, we are going to play to win all our games because you will never know with football,” said Bekithemba who also won against Ngezi Platinum in their previous league game.
City are now third from the bottom and they take on ZPC Kariba on Wednesday.
