Chicken Inn head coach Joey Antipas says they are very much wary of PSL’s giant killers Bulawayo Chiefs whom they will meet on Saturday afternoon at Luveve Stadium.
The Gamecocks are third on the log with 54 points while relegation-threatened Chiefs are in the 15th position.
“We have not been active for some time and Chiefs present a big challenge to us. We are going for a fight. We need the points to finish the season in a respectable position. We can’t talk about winning the championship now because it will be like speaking of expecting winter in a summer season,” said Antipas.
The other Bulawayo derby tie will pit Highlanders and another relegation-threatened Bulawayo City at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday.
