French Ligue 1 side Monaco has announced Thierry Henry as their new manager.

Henry takes over from Leonardo Jardim who sacked by the club during the week.
Monaco was assistant coach for the Belgium national team at the World Cup in Russia as they finished in 3rd place.
Henry turned began his playing career at Monaco playing 141 games.
