Highlanders technical manager Madinda Ndlovu reckons that he will put his head on the block by fielding players that have been starved of game time against Yadah FC tomorrow.
The clash is a repeat of the Chibuku Super Cup first round tie that was played at Barbourfields on Sunday.
“We struggled to play our normal game on in a cup game courtesy of that taxing and tormenting trip to Mutare and Kariba. As such I’m going to put my head on the block on Wednesday and use other players that are ready to go,” said Ndlovu.
The midweek tie is again set for Emagumeni. Yadah, meanwhile, did not travel back to their home town and established another camp in Bulawayo after their Sunday encounter.
