Zimbabwe international Bruce Kangwa has lost his elder brother, Frank, who was reportedly hit by a car in neighbouring South Africa late last week.
According to well-placed sources, Frank was Bruce’s only sibling.
In a message he posted on his Facebook wall, the former Highlanders player said:
“I still can’t believe it. It’s like I’m dreaming, why did u have to leave me alone my brother. May Your Soul Rest In Peace. l will always love you. Please, please someone wake me up from this dream please.”
Kangwa currently plays for Azam FC in the Tanzanian top-flight league. He joined the side ahead of the 2016/17 from Bosso. The 30-year-old was the leading goal scorer at the Bulawayo Giants at the time of his departure.
