Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane says Khama Billiat has matured as a player and he’s still performing at his best.
The 28-year-old forward joined Kaizer Chiefs in June this year after spending five years with Sundowns. He has seen a bright start with Amakhosi, scoring five goals and created four in all competitions.
“Khama came to us when he was 23 and the level he is right now you can see he has matured he is a very good player, we worked on him for five years,” Mosimane told the media after their 1-0 win over Golden Arrows.
During his time at Sundowns, Billiat was named PSL Footballer of the Year in 2015/16 season and finished second in the CAF Player of the Year – Based in Africa category.
