Macauley Bonne has scooped the Leyton Orient Goal of the Month Award for August.

The forward’s first goal against Barrow was voted the best strike. The finish was from a close range, but he had to beat his maker to found the back of the net.

Bonne was presented with the award before yesterday’s 3-0 win against Solihull Moors. He went on to score in that match, getting the second goal for his team in the 86th minute.
