ZPC Kariba striker David Temwanjira is dreaming of landing the Golden Boot award at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old is currently leading the scoring chart with eleven goals. He scored a brace against Triangle United last weekend to mark his arrival at Kauya Katuruturu following his move from Shabanie Mine during the mid-season transfer window.
In an interview with B-Metro, Temwanjira said: “It’s every player’s dream to shine, and I’m happy that I’ve started scoring for my new paymasters.
“I will continue working hard and getting the Golden Boot award will be a big achievement for me.”
Meanwhile, CAPS United’s John Zhuwawu and Triangle’s Lameck Nhamo follow in second place with eight goals each.
