Former Kaizer Chiefs winger Edmore Chirambadare has reportedly joined a new club.
According to IOL, a South African news website, the 28-year-old winger penned a one year with National First Division outfit, Maccabi FC.
Chirambadare was released by Chiefs at the end of last season.
He tried his luck at Maritzburg United before undergoing an assessment at newly promoted side Black Leopards, but no deal was completed.
The player’s agent, Mike Ngobeni of M-Sport Management, confirmed to the website Chirambadare has found a new team.
“Ed has signed a year contract with Maccabi. We are happy, and we have no doubt that his experience will add value to the club. He is fit and ready to go,” Ngobeni explained.
Maccabi are the newcomers in the National First Division, having won the promotional playoffs in Limpopo.
