Lloyd Mutasa is keeping his fingers crossed that efforts to lure frustrated striker Christian Epoupa back at the club will bear fruits as his forwards continue to misfire.
Dynamos failed to score good chances against Chicken Inn on Sunday, and the coach was left hoping that Epoupa who was their top goalscorer last season will return since the new executive has been trying to negotiate with him.
“Epoupa has Dynamos at heart. Yes, we have not been scoring and our strike force is our weakest link. But I can’t talk much about that because that is an administrative issue,” said Mutasa.
The Cameronian who still has a running contract with Dynamos until the end of the year, left during first of the season after the Glamour Boys failed to fulfil their financial obligations.
Meanwhile, the Harare Giants have not been active in this transfer window, and the club is now linked with Bulawayo Chiefs midfielder Arthur Musiwa.
