Ovidy Karuru has gone for further check up to ascertain the extent of his injury.
The Warriors midfielder who is leading the national team at the tournament picked up a knock on his ankle and had to be stretchered off during the COSAFA Cup quarter-final match against Botswana on Sunday.
Karuru is still walking with a limp and would have to pass a late fitness test if he is to play against Lesotho in the semifinals on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe booked their place in the last four after beating the Zebras 3-1 on penalties. The game had ended 1-1 at full-time.
