NetOne this morning, called for an urgent meeting over the issue of Christian Epoupa.
The meeting was attended by Dynamos chairman Keni Mubaiwa and incoming NetOne CEO Lazarus Muchenje. The telecoms giant is the principal sponsor of the Glamour Boys.
Epoupa has been refusing to play, demanding his outstanding dues which amount to over $16 000. The fall-out has attracted media attention since the beginning of the 2018 season.
Media reports are suggesting that Dembare are failing to clear the debt and the Cameroonian striker wants to terminate his contract.
Muchenje said they were now concerned about the negative publicity over the issue.
More to follow.
