Former Bantu Rovers defender Tapiwa Kumbuyani is on the verge of joining Chapungu ahead of the 2018 season.
The 35-year-old became a free agent after his contract with relegated Bantu expired at the end of the year.
Kumbuyani told H-Metro that he wants to finalise a few things before he can make the next move.
“I need to finalise something right now, but I can confirm I am training with Chapungu,” said Kumbuyani.
The former CAPS United player also believes that he has a few years in the Premiership.
“I have one or two years to play in the top-flight league. I will give my best at Chapungu,” he said.
