Ethiopia took over the tournament’s logo from Morocco to host the 2020 African Nations Championship (CHAN).

Morocco (The Atlas Lions) hosted and won the 2018 CHAN tournament beating Nigeria 4-0 in yesterday’s final.

Sudan earned third spot defeating Libya on penalties.

Ethiopian Football Federation President (EFF), Juneidi Basha, received the logo from the current President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Ahmad Ahmad, who was elected on 16 March 2017.

Morocco is the first nation to host and win the tournament reserved for only players playing in their home countries.
