Zimbabwe Warriors’ new call up Macauley Bonne’s club Leyton Orient has confirmed that the player will be part of the Warriors squad for two Iternational between Lesotho and Namibia on the 8th and 11th of November respectively.
Bonne, who has registered nine goals for the Orient this season, will be looking to make his senior debut in the fixtures and as a result, Bonne will miss the O’s National League fixture at Ebbsfleet United on November 11.
Speaking to the club’s website on Bonne receiving international recognition, Head Coach Steve Davis told leytonorient.com; “Every player wants to play for his country and Macca is no different. It will be a great experience for him and help continue his development by playing at a level which is different to what he is used to.
“It is a blow that will be without him for the trip to Ebbsfleet, but we hope he enjoys the experience and comes back to us fit and ready for the home game against Dover.
