Kaizer Chiefs hardman Willard Katsande has challenged his young players in the team to rise up and be counted.
Kaizer Chiefs are having a lean still and have failed to win trophies in the ABSA Premiership.
Speaking to the Kick Off he said: “Obviously we tell them: ‘Do you want to be remembered as a flop? Do you want to be remembered as a bad player or do you want to be remembered as a good player?’
“This is the time to put in so much hard work. Every time you play show that you are determined, show that commitment.
“So it’s always important to stay hungry because it will push you from a comfort zone to wanting to achieve more and more.
“So we always tell the upcoming stars to stay long in the game, especially under the name of Kaizer Chiefs.”
Katsande who recently earned his 200th cap for the Kaizer Chiefs is regarded as one of the club’s legends.
