Highlanders coach Erol Akbay was relieved after his team thrashed Chicken Inn 4-0 at Barbourfields on Sunday.
The Bulawayo giants had gone for seven matches without a win, their worst run in this campaign. Simon Munawa scored a brace while Godfrey Makarutse and Ralph Matema completed the tally.
In a post match interview, the Dutchman said he is hoping the bad luck was over after the Sunday’s win.
“I hope the bad luck is over following this win. We have been playing well but not scoring. I am happy with what I saw today,” said Akbay.
Bosso moved two places to 8th position with 37 points. They have one game in hand against rivals CAPS United.
