The Zimbabwe football Association Referees Committee has annulled the 87th minute sending off of Christian Joel Eupopa Ntouba during a Castle Lager Premier Soccer league match between Dynamos and Highlanders at Rufaro Stadium on 10 September 2017.

Referees Committee Chairperson, Dr Phillip Chiyangwa announced the decision following extensive deliberations with members of the referees’ committee and several important football stakeholder.

Epoupa was red carded after he head butted Highlanders defender Peter Muduhwa out of frustration. The sending off ignited emotions from both the technical and supporters forcing the match to be stopped for some minutes.

However with the decission, the Cameroonian will play in the Harare Derby on Sunday
