The Zimbabwe national U-17 team  has ended their Cosafa Cup U-17 tournament with another loss.

The Young Warriors lost 2-1 to Botswana in their final group A game played this afternoon. The result means Moses Chunga’s squad will head back home with zero points after suffering three consecutive defeats.

The Young Warriors did take the lead in the 60th minute with  Tinotenda Benza opening the scoring after dribbling  two defenders before scoring.

However Botswana equalised in the  76th minute before scoring the winner in added time.

Malawi and Mauritius proceed to the next round while Zimbabwe and Botswana head back home.
