Warriors head coach Sunday ‘Mhofu’ Chidzambwa has reserved praise for Ovidy Karuru for his impressive form a the ongoing Cosafa Cup 2017 in South Africa. 

The Warriors skipper struck his sixth goal of the tournament as Zimbabwe booked a place in the semi-finals of the tournament with a 2-1 win over Swaziland.

“Karuru is a very talented player who is able to play in so many positions Chidzambwa,” told the Herald after the Swaziland win.

“We can use as a wide midfielder ,behind the strikers or even as a striker because he is also very good in front of goal added Chidzambwa.
