The Zimbabwe national team will leave the country today after players and ZIFA reached an agreement regarding their appearance fees and allowances for AFCON 2017.
There has been drama in the past few days as the impasse between players and ZIFA threatened the Warriors preparations and departure.
However after ZIFA yielded to the players demands following government intervention all now seems set for their departure.
The Warriors will now get a $5 000 appearance fees and $400 as a daily allowance and a $6000 winning bonus.
According to ZIFA the Warriors will leave for Cameroon today in two batches one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
Zimbabwe is scheduled to have an international friendly against Cameroon on the 10th of January before heading to AFCON which kicks off on the 14 of January.
