CAPS United head coach Lloyd Chitembwe has praised his players character following a 3-2 to win over How Mine.
How Mine came back from 2-0 down to make it 2-2 with only minutes left of play but Dominic Chungwa scored to hand CAPS United all three points.
“It was important to get the three points to keep the momentum and pressure on the leaders (FC Platinum) said Chitembwe.
“It was a game of two halves ,but all the same the resilience and quality the boys showed iS out of this world.
“We are happy with the situation we find ourselves in with five games to go added Chitembwe.
CAPS United remain a point behind FC Platinum who beat Dynamos 2-0 on Saturday while Highlanders are in 3rd place and three points behind CAPS.
