Manchester City have left Ivorian international Yaya Toure out of their UEFA Champions League squad for the group stages.
Toure has been linked with a move away from the club since Pep Guardiola was named the new manager after their fall out at Barcelona.
With UEFA rules only allowing 17 players who are not “locally-trained” or “association-trained” to be included in the squad ,Guardiola has opted to drop Yaya Toure.
