Netone’s relationship with the Warriors has kicked off with the mobile operator paying for the air fares for the upcoming final qualifier against Guinea this weekend.

Netone is understood to have released funds to pay for other costs as well.ZIFA president Philip Chiyangwa praised the role Netone coming on board and said this would be the first of many things between his association and the company.

Chiyangwa was speaking at the Warriors training session held at the National Sports Stadium yesterday.

Netone signed a memorandum of association with ZIFA that will see the company sponsoring the various national football teams while gaining mileage from the local football scene and creating revenue as a company.
