CAPS United head coach Lloyd Chitembwe has hinted he could walk away from the club if fans are not satisfied with what his doing at the club.
Chitembwe’s remarks come following CAPS United’s draw with FC Platinum. CAPS United once again dominated play but were wasteful in front of goal just like last week when they draw with Hwange.
After the game at the National Sports Stadium angry fans demanded an audience and answers from Chitembwe.
Speaking at Mandava Chitembwe said, “There comes a point where you think maybe the good you are doing is not good enough for others.
Chitembwe said he would communicate the decision if he did quit but would be happy with what he has achieved so far.
CAPS United are in 3rd spot with 26 points the same number of points as Highlanders and one point away from Highlanders. However both teams have a game in hand over the Green Machine.
Pressure is likely to grow after more points were dropped and with rivals Dynamos also covering ground on CAPS and early pacesetters there seems to be growing anxiety among the club’s fans.
