Reports from South Africa are suggesting that ABSA Premiership side Golden Arows has captured the services of the industrious Zimbabwe Warriors midfielder Danny Phiri.

Phiri who is currently contracted to Chicken Inn impressed the South African side when he captained Chicken Inn against Mamelodi Sundowns in CAF Champions League. He also impressed during a trial stint at the Club.

Sources close to South Africa’s biggest online publication, KickOff revealed the new developments quoting close sources from the club confirming the news.

Danny Phiri is the reigning ZPSL Soccer Star of the year and was instrumental in helping Chicken Inn land the league title. He has also featured predominantly in Warriors team dominated by foreign based stars.
