Zimbabwean international Donald Ngoma has attracted the interest of Egyptian giants Zamalek and Al Ahly.
Ngoma had a wonder season for Tanzanian giants Young African Sports Club scoring 17 goals in the league and more than 20 in all competitions. Yanga clinched the Tanzanian league title as well.
He also scored against Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League and seems to have made a lasting impression on them as well as their rivals Zamalek with leading Egyptian publication KingFut saying both club are keen on the former FC Platinum forward.
Al Ahly are set to be keen on a foreign striker Malick Evouna from Gabon and John Antwi of Ghana had a disappointing season.
Meanwhile Yanga have admitted they would consider a serious offer for Ngoma but only at a good price.
“If a club is interested in acquiring the services of Ngoma it can come up with an offer of a billion shillings, we can do some business with it , because we need money,” The club’s head of Information and Communication, Jerry Muro, told the Daily News of Tanzania.
