Zimbabwe’s top striker Knowledge Musona will not be part of next season’s European top club competions after his side fell shot of qualifying spots.

KV Oostende finished 5th in the Belgian 6 team Jupiler league which is a mini league play off for UEFA Champions League and Europa League spots.

Oostende drew 2-2 with Club Brugge with Musona providing the assist for a last minute equaliser.

The Belgian Pro League is now in off season which gives the Zimbabwean International a chance to focus on helping Zimbabwe’s AFCON 2017 qualification.
