CAPS United pair of Method Mwanjali and Archford Gutu have resumed training with club as they wait for their trial.
Mwanjali and Gutu are out on bail after they were arrested following a brawl. Mwanjali allegedly stabbed a Harare man Tendai Nhunzvi in the brawl while Gutu damaged the victim’s car.
The two are set to start their trial on the 4th of May. However their return to training will now see them in contention for the upcoming Harare derby against Dynamos at Rufaro Stadium this weekend.
CAPS United have a good start to the season with seven points from their first three games and are currently in second place on the log table.
A win for CAPS United could pile the misery on bitter rivals Dynamos whose head coach Paulo Jorge Silva needs nothing short of a win to keep his job.
