Zimbabwean international Tendai Ndoro struck a brace as Orlando Pirates beat Jomo Cosmos 3-1 in the Nedbank Cup.
Ndoro who has been in good form of late scored the opener as soon as the third minute with a header beating Cosmos keeper Thabo Modiba.
However Cosmos fought back and former Zimbabwean youth international Charlton Mashumba scored an equaliser with a fine strike.
The match looked to be heading to halftime with the score level but Luvuyo Memela restored Pirates lead with a header just before the break.
Four minutes into the second half Ndoro added to Orlando Pirates tally when he scored his second of the match.
The win sees Orlando Pirates advance to the quarterfinals of the competition.
