Harare City coach Taurai Mangwiro was full of praises for his team following their 3-1 win over AS Adema of Madagascar in CAF Confederations Cup.
The Sunshine boys had to come from behind after having been down 1 nil at halftime. A vintage second half performance saw them score 3 goals that helped them progress on 6-3 aggregate scoreline.
“I must applaud the boys for playing so well under difficult conditions. The first half scoreline was a true reflection of our performance then. We were just careless in Harare but today we can close to playing to our ability. Good job by everyone. We look forward to next match” Mangwiro told the club official website.
Harare City will now fancy their chances against a tougher opponenr in Zambian side Zanaco in the first round of the competition.
